cfxOIA - User Guide

cfxOIA users once logged in, can access OIA application by clicking on "Ops Intelligence & Analytics" App.

This takes to the project the user has access to. The user can click on "Open" button which navigates to the project specific Incidents, Alerts and Outcomes.
