# OIA Users

There are the following types of cfxOIA users who perform various tasks on cfxOIA platform.

1\) Platform Admin:

Platform Admin is the first user created as part of cfxOIA installation. The platform admin can control the creation of further users like Project Admin, L1 User, L3 User, etc.

2\) Project Admin

Project Admin will be able to create other project admins or L1, L3 users.

3\) L1 and L3 Users

L1 and L3 users are created by the project admin and do not have any other user creation access.
